You need to have:
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation and spelling.
- Must have excellent oral communication skills including the ability to orally express moderately complex concepts clearly and quickly.
- The candidate should enjoy constant communication with borrowers via the telephone and be comfortable with the use of automated systems.
- The candidate must have excellent research skills, be detail and goal oriented and have the ability to type at lease 30 wpm without errors.
- Previous call center customer service experience preferred. Native American or a British accent in English preferred.
