Duties and Responsibilities
 
The post has the following duties and responsibilities
 
Database Design and Development
• Develop technical design for assigned projects.
• Design, develop and modify reports for all assigned modules.
• Implements data models, database designs, data access and table
maintenance codes.
• Develop store procedure for assigned projects.
• Optimize system performance through effective design and improved
efficiencies in the database development.
 
Additional Tasks
 
• Assist with the daily management of Porthos Billing Engine.
• Provide third line support.
• Deliver all database documentation of assigned tasks.
• Monthly Reports (SIM Profitability, Monthly Billing Report, Operator
Tariff Analysis).
• Ad-hoc Reporting.
 
Others
• Undertake any other duties that might reasonably request from time
to time.
 
Skills
• Must have good analytical skills.
• Hands on experience writing queries with T-SQL in MS SQL Server 2005
OR 2008 environment OR Oracle.
• Good grasp over object oriented concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and the agile approach.
