BO Reporting Developer

Position Purpose: The excising platform is Oracle Database, Oracle Warehouse builder and SAP Business Objects. We develop maintain and support four (4) DWH instances. This position will bring interesting possibilities for challenges and growth within the BI/DWH area, as we will work with an excising environment, whilst we are developing future solutions.
The candidate will be our visualization expert. We look for an experienced reporting specialist with excellent knowledge about reporting GUI standards and guidelines. The candidate holds a proven track-record within the development of high level reporting solutions, created from SAP Business Objects reporting portfolio. We want to provide state-of-the art- reporting environments to our users, and need a person with an eye for design and visualization, yet with the ability to create analytical patterns within the GUI, and utilize the tools and options Business Objects provide

3. Hands on experience with SAP Business Objects front end BI Tools, Web Intelligence, Voyager, Xelsius, OLAP Designer, Crystal Reports, Dashboard Designer
4. Strong competency in building reports, dashboards, and BI-application front-end scenarios in Business Objects
5. Hands on experience with GUI design principles for good reporting, including user navigation structures and patterns and right use of report elements
6. Ability to understand business needs, and optimize reporting environment by knowing the requirement, possibilities, needs and improvements
7. Knowledge about data warehouse design principles, and experience with the use of dimensional models in reporting environments. Ad-hoc analyzes,slice-dice, drill downs
8. Ability to adapt guidelines and rules necessary for supporting a conform reporting platform
9. Experience with support activities, tier 1, receive and perform support issues, create reports bases on customer requirements
