A Software Project Manager is required with following skills.
Masters degree, preferred in computer science, engineering, math, or physics. MBA is a plus.
5 years experience in managing development teams and projects.
7-10+ years experience in systems design, software development, systems integration.
Position requires significant experience managing development teams in a fast-paced business environment, including management of multiple concurrent projects and 20+ engineers.
Position requires significant experience with and leadership in Internet-related architecture and technology.
Must have a thorough understanding of Internet technologies, and technical experience to provide proper impact assessments and recommendations.
Proven aptitude and desire for fast-paced learning of emerging Internet technologies.
Management of development teams in a CMM Level 3 or higher organization is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of C++, Java, RMI, JNI, and J2EE frameworks.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle methods and processes.
Knowledge of transactional methodologies.
Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
Engineering development tools, software source control systems.
Knowledge of Mobile Operating systems / development environments a plus.
