The IT Support Engineer / Administrator will be responsible for resolving network device and server issues along with excellent administrative skills to document and manage tasks such as shipment of devices to and from various global locations. The candidate will also streamline existing and new processes, maintain and constantly update software and servers while managing strong inter department relations. Candidates with network certifications like CCNA, CCNP will be preferred.
