Manager Human Resources Required (Karachi)

Job Title: Manager Human Resources.

Department: Human Resources.

Job Type: Permanent.

Work Time: 2PM - 11PM (PST).

Minimum Education: Master’s Degree.

Minimum Experience: 5 Years.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience as an HR Manager at an Information Technology Firm would be an added advantage.
  • Must have strong leadership and influencing skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in HR field.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain a small and efficient HR team to effectively and efficiently provide and control the HR, administrative, and procurement management support to the company.
  • Prepare, amend, implement and maintain a policy and procedures manual for all areas of responsibility.
  • Generate regular periodic and on-demand reports on various aspects of functionality and services in the area of responsibilities.
  • Responsible for all HR functions, particularly Hiring, Training & Development, Compensation and benefits and Performance Management.
  • Ensure compliance of Employment policy & procedure at all levels & keep an updated status of vacancies in the company all the time.
  • Look after HR Training & Development function through corporate training; designing in-house training courses, analyzing training needs & preparing external training matrix, interacting with training institutes and maintaining a training record.
  • Also responsible for tabulation of performance appraisal reports.
  • Design career pathway and succession plan for the employees.
  • Resolve conflicts and foster healthy working environment.
  • Conduct market salary survey, design employee motivation programs and events.
