Administration Supervisor

  • Graduate with 8 to 10 years experience in managing office administration and site facilities
  • Good English communication, IT and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and can manage office/admin staff.
  • Coordinate with building administration and suppliers for managing site facilities and services
  • Manage and coordinate sub contractor services for maintenance, cafeteria. Support, security, transportation and banking etc.
  • Coordinate with other locations and timely resolution of all admin related issues.

Buyer/Procurement Specialist

  • Graduate preferably MBA with 4 to 5 years procurement experience.
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Skills to understand IT applications related to procurement function
  • Good understanding of procurement function, vendor file maintenance and supplier relationship
  • Position require interaction with senior line of business executives to understand requirements
  • Procure high quality products and services for internal use as well as for customer solutions
  • Manage procurement projects, develop business processes and prepare compliance reports as per company procedures.
