- Preferably 40+ years of age, ex-army major colonel.
- 5-8 years of managerial level experience in a large concern of handling HR/Administration
- Considerable knowledge and experience of handling industrial relations in a large manufacturing concern. Knowledge of labor laws will be an added advantage.
- Considerable exposure in handling training, occupational health and safety issues in a factory.
- Dynamic personality with exposure to interact and maintain cordial relations with public/government agencies.
