Migration Coordinator‏

We at ZIN Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. require a Database Migration
Coordinator with the following skill set:

Job Description:

- Assist with the daily management of the migrations and maintaining
good working relationships and adherence to timescales.
- Reviewing migration sheets submitted by EMEA and US and verifying
that customers are ready to migrate.
- Scheduling the migration calendar advance for a month and ensure
smooth completion as planned.
- Hold weekly meetings with migration
- Maintain update-to-date migration status on Porthos Migration
Portal.
- Coordinate migration team meetings, record and distribute minutes.

Additional Tasks

- Monthly production of invoice files in customized format, verify
them with system generated invoice, and then send them to Finance and
Business Support before 1st of the month.
- Upload Invoice files to API server so that Client can download using
API and send a confirmation before 1st of the month to Business
Support.
- Monitoring and managing the daily & monthly CDR imports of MNOs.
- Doing daily invoices verification for system generated invoices for
invoice totals.
- Producing monthly invoice (based upon ZONE billing) using operator
CDRs.
- Resolving any queries and maintaining legacy API for our customers.

Others

- Undertake any other duties that might reasonably request from time
to time.

Skills

- MBIT/MCS/BCS
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Hands on experience writing queries with T-SQL in MS SQL Server
environment OR Oracle.
- Good grasp over object oriented concepts.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and the agile approach.
- Must have good communication skills.
