Required Skills

  • S60, S40 and J2ME experience.
  • Excellent understanding of the API's used in Symbian OS.

  • Hands-on development experience in Symbian IDE, good understanding of Eclipse platform.
  • Ability to build the Symbian development environment (SDK, Carbidge.c++ , on-device debugging, UI design, code analyzer tools).

  • TSocketEngineState, RSocket, CContactDatabase and similar APIs.
  • Understanding of software quality standards and processes will be a plus (e.g. CMMI / ISO).
